the menu reimagines Indian comfort food through the lens of California’s vibrant produce,

global technique, and personal nostalgia. From Delhi street-style kababs to Kerala fish curry,

every dish reflects a contemporary expression of Indian soul;  bold, refined, and deeply personal.

Every dish on the menu at KHAKI carries a story, rooted in memory, reimagined with craft. The Jackfruit Cutlet riffs on the street-side vegetable cutlets of Kolkata, a formative favorite. The Beef Sukka channels Pujan’s recent travels through coastal Karnataka, dry-roasted, deeply regional, unmistakably comforting. His Champaran Mutton brings back a rustic, garlic-laced curry cooked the traditional way: low and slow in village clay pots. The Fish Paturi nods to our love for Bengal’s mustard-charged flavors. And for Akash, chaat and kababs are pure nostalgia, playful, punchy, and full of personality. This menu isn’t just food, it’s lived experience, plated.
